We are a traditional craft bakery in the ancient hilltop town of Malmesbury, Wiltshire. We make bread that is mixed and baked on the High Street every morning. We use a variety of flours to create a range of yeasted and naturally fermented breads in a variety of shapes and sizes. We do tin loafs, country style sourdough, pastries and rolls for our well known take away sandwiches!
